How to Delete Your Data
If you have connected a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, or other platform) to Conducktor and would like to request deletion of your data, you can do so by following the steps below.
Option 1: Delete from within Conducktor
- Log in to your Conducktor account at app.conducktor.com
- Navigate to My Servers in the sidebar
- Find the social media connection you want to remove and click the Uninstall button
- This will revoke the OAuth access token and delete all stored credentials and connection data associated with that account
Option 2: Contact us directly
If you are unable to log in or prefer to have us handle it, send an email to privacy@conducktor.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Conducktor account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- OAuth access and refresh tokens
- Connection configuration and metadata
- Any cached profile information from the connected platform
- Audit logs related to the connection (retained for 90 days for security purposes)
Revoking access on the platform
In addition to deleting your data from Conducktor, we recommend revoking access from the platform side:
- Facebook: Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove Conducktor
- Instagram: Settings > Apps and Websites > Remove Conducktor
- X (Twitter): Settings > Security and account access > Apps and sessions > Revoke Conducktor
- YouTube/Google: Google Account > Security > Third-party apps > Remove Conducktor
